This 4 week program is designed to have you fully prepared in the gym and feel confident with your results. There are 16 workouts with a mix of upper, lower, core, full body, and different splits.

All you need is basic gym equipment like dumbbells, a cable, and a few basic gym machines such as leg press / extension and lat pull down machine.

My name is Maddie and I started my passion for fitness, wellness, and health about 6.5 years ago.

I was severely injured after getting hit by a semi and flipping multiple times. 

Sparing the details for another time... I started to take my health and wellbeing into my own hands. After months upon months of terrible pain and frustration, I started using my resources and research to work on becoming the best version of myself.

As I learned more about helping myself, I felt a calling to be able to do the same for others. That's where Madison Jules was born.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as Certified Nutrition Coach. 

I am always learning, researching and doing what I can to be as knowledgeable and up to date as I can in the integrative fitness and health world.

My goal for you is to feel confident, healthy, and strong. Fitness is one piece of the puzzle, and I cannot wait for your growth and journey!
